Mold Screen Sample Report that you will receive at the end of your mold screen. During the mold screen, we check for any visible water and moisture intrusion into the home. We also look for any red flags such as visible mold growth, water stains, or musty odors.

Mold Growth Report of that you will receive usually 2 days after the mold screen and sampling. This is a detailed report that explains what type of growths that are present.
